I paid around $2000 for the installation of an intercom system to open my gate so you could access the front door. The system allowed for a phone app so the gate could be open if necessary and you were not home.The sales person was nice but hopeless in regards to the product. He rang several times to ask more questions which he should have asked when he attended the property and took photos for the quote.The installation occurred before Christma.s and there is an issue with the system and the time it keeps. For over a month I have been trying to get the problem rectified. Last I heard they were coming eight days ago to fix the problem and I am still waiting.I paid once I got their invoice but as for warranty it is like pulling teeth to get things sorted. Wonder if the problem will be sorted by next Christmas. Back up warranty is lousy.

After shopping around, and receiving several quotes, for cctv cameras, we felt confident in choosing Smart Security.We were not disappointed, they proved to be professional, great value, and backed it up with great technicians, and a terrific after sales service.The install went well, everything was explained in lay-mans terms to our tenant, the cameras work a treat, it has left us and our tenant totally satisfied. Had CCTV installed on the 19/11/2019 by Smart Security. Install was completed efficiently by Bill. He was careful to clean up after the job. We had a bit of difficulty understanding the alert system but Daniel was good enough to come around after the installation to assist us set up our alerts and further explain some of the technical aspects.

After having Smart Security install a CCTV Security System, I recommend this company to all considering a Security System install.Daniel attended our house to discuss our requirements and offer expert suggestions.This meeting was followed up by a comprehensive quote with options and an invitation to visit their premises in East Victoria Park to view the suggested equipment and further discuss the options.On installation day the technicians arrived at the advised time and professionally completed the installation and left our house after making sure all areas that they accessed were cleaner than when they had arrived.The system was explained to us with the invitation to contact Smart Security for any further explanation or adjustments.Thank you Smart Security.

I again used Smart Security to install a Security Camera system at my home, very professional, clean workmanship, very pleasant to deal with especially Daniel. Would highly recommend them AGAIN to anyone.I have used Smart Security about half a dozen times over the years more recently with NBN being connected to my home, they installed a GSM Dialer to my home alarm so I can still monitor any activation's through a pre-paid SIM card now I don't have a landline.I would highly recommend them to anyone, everyone one of their employee's who have attended my home have been very professional, clean and helpful. I recommend Smart Security to all my friends and family and everyone speaks highly of them.

Full camera and mobile phone controlled system with great advice and friendly service installed as promised and on time at my home. All very honest and open from initial greeting to friendly and professional on site installers. Simply does what I needed without effort and better mobile phone controlled monitoring than I had been offered by other companies in the past. I highly recommend Smart for a security system.

Great experience dealing with the team from Smart Security. From our first contact right through to installing a their great camera was just absolute professionalism. I just had there team back to install addition cameras and again a great hassle free experience.

The entire team at Smart Security offer great customer service and advice! Recently we had some trouble with our alarm system (outside of the warranty period and I'm sure it was operator induced) after a small upgrade and was causing some minor issues. Tracey organised a technician (Juan) that day to fix the problem and he did. Unfortunately, we had another concern two weeks later and again Tracey and Andrew organised another technician (Ian), quite promptly, to fix the problem at a reasonable price and now we have absolute confidence in our alarm system. Service, especially after installation, is the difference here. Thanks for the work and your patience Smart Security.

Living 135kms away, it hasn't been easy to get a technician to come to fix my alarm. However Tracey went over and beyond to get a tech up. All staff at Smart Security are friendly & helpful. The service we received from start to finish was 5 STAR! The after sales support has been EXCEPTIONAL. Daniel recently came to the house to help us set something up & there was no charge. It has been well over 12 months since we had our system installed. I recommend Smart Security 110%. We could not fault them even if we tried = Happy Customer :0)
